Shachihoko are mythological creatures said to have the body of a carp and the face of a tiger or dragon!
They're often seen adorning the roofs of castles and temples as they were believed to be able to summon rain, which is pretty handy in the event of a fire!
These Earrings are based on the golden Shachihoko found at Osaka Castle!
