Onigiri is a rice ball often formed into a triangle, ball or cylinder and wrapped with Nori!

The rice used for making Onigiri is seasoned with salt and it's fillings are typically salty or sour, this helps to naturally preserve the rice and keep it fresh for a longer time! 🍙

Some popular fillings include  Pickled plum (Ume), Dried Bonito Flakes (okaka) and Tuna Mayo!
